Purpose |
The check request status screen is used to receive and check the status of a CoCASA download requests.

Information Provided |
This screen will display a table which lists information about each download request made and described below.

Name of Column |
Description |

File Name |
Lists a system generated name of the actual file that will be downloaded and displays as a hyperlink when able to be downloaded. Clicking on the hyperlink will download the selected file to your PC. |

Status Date |
The date the file's status was changed. |

Status |
The relative state of the download request made. |

Description |
The description of the download that was requested. |

Functionality Note for Large Provider Organizations
For users belonging to large provider organizations, any download requests made can take a considerable amount of time to be produced. After a download request is made, it is possible to continue using the system or log out of it and later return to the check request status screen by clicking on the link from the menu panel. Users do not have to remain on this screen while the actual download file is being produced.
