The VTrckS Import page is where users can import the “Shipping Data” file from VTrckS into ALERT IIS for vaccine order transfers.

The information provided on the VTrckS Import page allows user to name a job and upload a file into ALERT IIS for vaccine order transfers.

• Job Name: The user can enter in a job name for the job they are completing. If this field is left blank, the date the job was run on will be used.

• VTrckS File Name: The user will click the 'Browse' button next to this field and select the appropriate VTrckS file to upload from their computer

After selecting the appropriate file, the user will click the 'Upload' button to upload the file. After clicking the 'Upload' button, the user will be directed to the VTrckS Import Results page.
