The VTrckS Export page allows users to generate files necessary to upload into VTrckS and place an order or update provider profile information.

Information Provided

The information provided contains the information VTrckS Export Requests and VTrckS Export Results

VTrckS Export Requests: The user has the ability to export a file of data for VtrckS
- Select Data for Export - The user can select the radio dial to export data that was:
- - Data Received since last export: This option will create files containing data (Provider Master Data, Provider Inventory, and Provider Orders) changed or added since the last export (only orders with a status of “Sent to Distributor” that have not previously been extracted will be included).
  - Data Receive in Date Range: This option will create files containing data (Provider Master Data, Provider Inventory, and Provider Orders) changed or added in a specific date range indicated in the 'From' and 'To' fields
- Select Data for export to VTrckS...multiple file types can be chosen - The user can select the types of data they would like files generated for to export to VTrckS. The data options are (multiple boxes can be selected):
- - Provider Master Data
  - Provider Inventory Data
  - Provider Orders
  - Clicking the 'Generate' button will generate files that are selected. Once the 'Generate' button is clicked, the user will see the job the created in the VTrckS Export Results section
VTrckS Export Results: This section will display the results for the exported jobs generated.
- Date Range - The user can select a time frame to look for export results by entering in an appropriate date in the 'From' and 'To' fields and clicking on the refresh button.
- The results are listed in a table:

Column	Description
Job Name	This will display the name of the job run. When a job is completed, the date becomes a hyperlink that can be clicked.
User Name	This column displays the user name of the user who generated the job.
Process State Date	This column displays the start date for when the job started.
Process End Date	This column displays the end date for when the job was completed.
Status	This column displays the status of the job. A few different status display are: FOUND: Status when job is initially submitted, as soon as the Generate button is clicked. UNPROCESSED: Status for inbound files this indicates files have been completely uploaded to the IIS. For outbound jobs, this is the second immediate status. QUEUE: Status which indicates the job request has been staged for processing but has not started processing yet. UNPROCESSED: Jobs run through the QUEUED status very quickly if there is nothing holding up processing of the file. QUEUED: If the IIS has hit the ceiling of maximum number of batch files processing at one time, then additional jobs will set to QUEUED awaiting processing. ##%: Status indicates the job is processing and displays the percentage complete. COMPLETE: Status indicates the job is complete and the link is available to view the job summary. EXCEPTION: Status set when a job fails due to unexpected temporary system issues, outages, or problematic code. EXCEPTIONS: A status that is unexpected and needs to be researched in logs to determine the issue. ERROR - A status set when a job fails due to expected system issues or outages. ERRORS:Issues that are coded for and may be format errors or other file rejection issues. PENDING: A pending status means the job is currently pending,

Once the job as a Status of Complete, the job name field is a hyperlink that can be clicked to view the results of the request.

Functionality

The functionality on the inventory count screen involves refreshing the inventory count list or deleting an inventory count.

Command Button	Description
	Generates the export of data files for VTrckS
	After dates have been entered in the 'From Date' and 'To Date' field, the Refresh List button will refresh the VTrckS export results table to display jobs falling between the selected dates.
