Receive Order Request Screen

 Purpose

The Receive Order Request screen allows the state to be able to print the order in order to submit the provider's order into VACMAN.

 Field Name

Description

Sending Site

Displays the Sending Site for the Order.

VFC Pin

Displays the VFC Pin for the Provider Organization.

Initiating Organization

Displays the Provider Organization that started the Order.

Initiating User

Displays the User that started the Order.

Org Phone

Displays the Provider Organization that started the Order's phone number.

Org Fax

Displays the Provider Organization that started the Order's fax number.

Order Date

Displays the Date that the Order was Started.

Order Status

Displays the Status of the Order.

Delivery Contact

Displays the Name of the Delivery Contact for the Provider Organization starting the Order.

Delivery Address

Displays the Delivery Address specified for the Provider Organization starting the Order.

Delivery Days/Hours

Displays the Delivery Days and Hours for the Provider Organization starting the Order.

Column Name

Description

Vaccine

Displays Vaccine Name (Trade Name - Manufacturer) for the vaccine that was selected to be ordered.

Total Quantity

Displays the doses ordered by the ordering organization.

Deny

Displays a check box in order to deny the vaccine from being ordered by that organization.

Column Name

Quantity

Displays text boxes to enter the quantity of the trade name to order for the Order.

Group

Displays the vaccine group(s) of the trade name in the row.

Tradename

Displays the trade name for the package description NDC in the row.

Man. Code

Displays the Manufacturer Code for the package description NDC in the row.

Package Description

Displays the Package Description for the NDC in the row.

Order in Multiples of

Displays the quantity of vaccine that come in the package in the row.

 Command Button Functionality

Button

Description

 

Clicking the Save button will return the user to the manage orders screen.

 

Clicking the Print Order button will display the Order Confirmation screen in order for the user to Print the Order Information.

 

Clicking the Modify Order button will display the Modify Order screen in order for the user to Edit the Order.

 

Clicking the Modify Order button will display the Modify Order screen in order for the user to Edit the Order.
