Introduction to Provider Reports |
The Provider Reports exist so that a user is able to generate a Provider Participation, Provider Data Entry, Data Entry Compliance and a Late Data Entry Detail report for organizations.
Purpose |
The Provider Reports Criteria screen is used to select an organization, Date Range, whether Satellite Organizations are included and the Report to report on.
Functionality |
Select an Organization from the Organization drop down list.
Enter a Report Date Range.
Select the Include Satellite Organizations check box if Satellite Organizations are to be included in the report.
Select the Report option to be generated.

When the Generate Report command button is clicked, a query executes in the database according to the report criteria selected. Depending on the provider organization(s) that are to be reported on, the query may take several minutes to complete. After clicking on Generate Report, you will be redirected to the Check Provider status screen where you can monitor the progress of the report query. *Note* |

Report Criteria Submission Note
After submitting your report by clicking on the Generate Report Command button you can work in any area of the system without interrupting your report or causing system problems. To check on the status of your report click on the Check Provider Status link in the menu panel.
