Report Status- Displays the status of the most recent ad hoc count and ad hoc list report in a table described below.

Report Type |
Type of report that is being ran displays as a hyperlink if the report is ready to be viewed in the Ad Hoc Report Status section. Clicking the hyperlink will display the Ad Hoc Report Results section. |
Provider Organization |
Displays the name of the organization that has requested the report. |
Started |
Date and Time the Report started to be generated. |
Completed |
Date and Time the Report completed. |
Status |
Displays the status of the report being generated. |
Row Count |
Number of patients that meet the Ad Hoc criteria for the Ad Hoc report being ran. |
Command Buttons |
Description |
Clicking the Refresh command button will update the status. |

Clicking the Cancel command button will return the user to the previous page. |
Export Options - The Export section allows the user to select how to output the report.
Clicking the Export as Text hyperlink the results of the Ad Hoc Report display in a tab-delimited list.
Clicking the Export as a Spreadsheet hyperlink the results display in MS Excel.
Clicking the Display as a PDF hyperlink the results display in a PDF format.
Large Reports
There is no limit to the size of the report when you choose Export as Text. Export as a Spreadsheet has a limit of 65,535 lines, and an informational message "File not loaded completely" will be displayed to indicate that part of the report was truncated. Display as a PDF has a limit of about 5,000 lines (119 pages); if you click on Display as a PDF and your report is larger, a red Error Report banner will be displayed.
Report Information-Displays when the report was generated, who generated the report, and which organization the report was ran for.
Report Filters-Displays the patient filters that were used.
Ad hoc List Results-Displays the report output in a summary table. The screen depends upon the Ad Hoc List display criteria that is being ran. By default, 250 rows are visible at a time. If you have more than 250 patients listed, click the 'Next 250 >>' link to display more patients in the list. The columns in this section are detailed within the Ad hoc List Report section of this manual.
Ad hoc Count Results-Displays items in a table or series of tables depending on how many items are chosen.
One Item Chosen
Item Details display in the first column.
Item Counts display in the second column.
Count Totals display in the last row.
Two Items Chosen
First Items in the Factors list displays those Item Details in the first column rows 2-x.
Second Items in the Factors list displays those Item Details in the 2-x columns in row 1.
Item Counts display in row 2-x and column 2-x.
Count Totals display in the last row and last column.
Three Items Chosen
First Item in the Factors list displays those Item Details in separate tables.
Second Items in the Factors list displays those Item Details in the 2-x columns in row 1 for each table.
Third Items in the Factors list displays those Item Details in the first column rows 2-x for each table.
Item Counts display in row 2-x and column 2-x for each table.
Count Totals display in the last row and last columns for each table.
