Benchmark List Results

Functionality

Report Status section- Displays the status of the most recent Benchmark report in a table described below.

Column	Description
Report Type	Type of report that is being ran displays as a hyperlink if the report is ready to be viewed in the Benchmark Report Results section. Clicking the hyperlink will display the Benchmark Report Results section.
Started	Date and Time the Report started to be generated.
Completed	Date and Time the Report completed.
Status	Displays the status of the report being generated.
Row Count	Number of patients that meet the benchmark criteria for the benchmark report being ran.

Command Buttons	Description
	Clicking the Refresh command button will update the status.
	Clicking the Cancel command button will return the user to the previous page.

Benchmark Report Results section- Displays the Benchmark Report Results along with options for displaying.

Export Options- The Export section allows the user to select how to output the report.
Clicking the Export as Text hyperlink will display the results in a tab-delimited list.
Clicking the Export as a Spreadsheet hyperlink will display the results in MS Excel.
Clicking the Display as a PDF will display the results in PDF format, and you can then use the PDF toolbar to print the report. Note: if you press the Back button, you may receive a "Page has Expired" message. As instructed on the screen, you can press your "Refresh" button then click on "Retry" to return to the Report Status screen.

Large Reports

There is no limit to the size of the report when you choose Export as Text. Export as a Spreadsheet has a limit of 65,535 lines, and an informational message "file not loaded completely" will be displayed to indicate that part of the report was truncated. Display as a PDF has a limit of about 5,000 lines (119 pages); if you click on the Display as a PDF link and the report is larger, a red Error Report banner will be displayed.

Report Information- Displays when the report was generated, who generated the report, and which organization the report was ran for.

Report Filters- Displays the patient filters that were used, the patient age range that was used, the evaluation date that was used, the benchmark age that was selected, and the vaccine benchmarks that were selected. Patient counts are also displayed in this section as well.

Benchmark List Results- Displays the report output in a summary table. The screen depends upon the benchmark selection criteria that is being ran. By default, 250 rows are visible at a time. If you have more than 250 patients listed, click the 'Next 250 >>' link. Only patients not up to date for at least one vaccine benchmark will display in the list if the clients who did NOT meet the benchmark option is selected. The table below describes the columns in this section.

Column	Description
No.	Displays the number of the record of the report.
First Name	Displays the first name of the patient in the specified record.
Last Name	Displays the last name of the patient in the specified record.
Birth Date	Displays the birth date of the patient in the specified record.
Primary Phone Number	Displays the primary phone number for the patient in the specified record.
Street	Displays the street that the patient lives on in the specified record.
City	Displays the city that the patient lives in in the specified record.
State	Displays the state that the patient lives in in the specified record.
Zipcode	Displays the zip code that the patient lives in in the specified record.
Vaccine Group (dose)	Displays whether the patient meets the Vaccine and Group doses for the specified record.
