Column

Description

Report Type

Type of report that is being ran displays as a hyperlink if the report is ready to be viewed in the Benchmark Report Results section.  Clicking the hyperlink will display the Benchmark Report Results section.

Started

Date and Time the Report started to be generated.

Completed

Date and Time the Report completed.

Status

Displays the status of the report being generated.

Row Count

Number of patients that meet the benchmark criteria for the benchmark report being ran.

Command Buttons

Description

Clicking the Refresh command button will update the status.

Clicking the Cancel command button will return the user to the previous page.

Large Reports

There is no limit to the size of the report when you choose Export as Text.  Export as a Spreadsheet has a limit of 65,535 lines, and an informational message "file not loaded completely" will be displayed to indicate that part of the report was truncated.  Display as a PDF has a limit of about 5,000 lines (119 pages); if you click on the Display as a PDF link and the report is larger, a red Error Report banner will be displayed.

Description

No.

Displays the number of the record of the report.

First Name

Displays the first name of the patient in the specified record.

Last Name

Displays the last name of the patient in the specified record.

Birth Date

Displays the birth date of the patient in the specified record.

Primary Phone Number

Displays the primary phone number for the patient in the specified record.

Street

Displays the street that the patient lives on in the specified record.

City

Displays the city that the patient lives in in the specified record.

State

Displays the state that the patient lives in in the specified record.

Zipcode

Displays the zip code that the patient lives in in the specified record.

Vaccine Group (dose)

Displays whether the patient meets the Vaccine and Group doses for the specified record.
