Purpose |
The assessment report status screen is used to receive and check the status of Assessment Reports and Records Meeting Criteria requests. As well as generate Benchmark Patient Listings.

Assessment of Patients With At Least One Missing Age Specific Benchmark
These reports show a list of all patients that missed at least one benchmark; it shows the individual immunization results. Benchmark Patient Listing reports can be generated for each of the benchmark ages in the pick list. After selecting a benchmark age and clicking on the Generate button, the report will be queued under the 'Assessment Report Output Options' section.
Assessment Report Output Options
This section displays a table which lists information about the assessment evaluation date requested with the following information in the table.

Job Name - Evaluation Date |
Lists a system generated name of the actual file that will be returned displayed as '(Type of Assessment requested) Organization Name - Evaluation Date'. When displayed as a hyperlink and hyperlink is clicked the Report will be generated in a new window. |

Started |
Displays a date and time stamp for when the file started to be generated. |
|
Status |
Displays as a relative percentage of completion of the assessment request made. |
Records Meeting Criteria
This section displays a table which lists reports that are queued every time an assessment request is made. These reports show lists of all patients whose records met the criteria for the Assessment Report with the following information in the table.

Age Range - Evaluation Date |
Lists a system generated name of the actual file that will be returned displayed as 'Age Range of Assessment requested - Evaluation Date'. When displayed as a hyperlink and hyperlink is clicked the Report will be generated in a new window. |

Number of Patients in Age Range |
Displays the number of patients in the age range for the assessment criteria. |

Started |
Displays a date and time stamp for when the file started to be generated. |
|
Status |
Displays as a relative percentage of completion of the age report being generated. |
|
Functionality |
After an assessment request is made, it is possible to continue using the system or log out of it and later return to the Assessment Report Status screen by clicking on the 'check assessment' link from the menu panel. Users do not have to remain on this screen while the assessment file is being generated.

Description |

Clicking the Refresh button at any time to update the status of the various reports that have not completed. |

|
Clicking the Cancel button returns you to the previous page you were working on. |
|
|
Clicking the Generate button queues the selected benchmark age report to run in the Assessment Report Output Options section. |
