Check Reminder Status Screen |

Purpose |
The check reminder status screen is used to display and/or determine the status of a report request made from the request reminder screen.

Screen Display |
This screen displays two sections pertaining to the reminder requests you have generated described below.
Reminder Request Status-This section contains the specific report generation information of the report in a table described below.

Column |
Description |

Started |
Displays the Date and Time of when the report was generated. Displays as a hyperlink when report has completed generating. Clicking the Hyperlink will display the reminder request process summary and reminder output options screen for the report. |

Completed |
Displays the Date and Time of when the report finished generating. |
|
Status |
Displays the percentage of completion of the report being generated. |
|
Patients |
Displays the final Patient count for the report that was generated. |
|
Target From |
Displays the Target From date that was used for the report. |
|
Target To |
Displays the Target To date that was used for the report. |
Reminder Output Status-This section contains the specific report generation information of the report that was requested to be processed from the Reminder Output Options screen in a table described below.

Name |
Displays the Name of the Output that was requested to be generated. Displays as a hyperlink when report has completed generating. Clicking the Hyperlink will display the requested report. |

Type |
Displays the Type of the Output that was requested to be generated. |

Requested |
Displays the Date and Time of when the report was requested. |

Started |
Displays the Date and Time of when the report started to generate. |

Completed |
Displays the Date and Time of when the report finished generating. |

Displays the percentage of completion of the report being generated. |

Clicking the Refresh command button will refresh the status of the Reminder Request Status and the Reminder Output Status on the page. |

Clicking the Cancel command button will return the user to the previous page that the user was working on. |
